How do I know the tech is who you say they are?
You receive the technician's name and a callback confirmation before they arrive. If you have any concerns, call our office directly and we'll verify the assignment in real time.
Do you service commercial appliances?
We focus on residential appliances. For light commercial (small restaurant or office equipment), call us - we can assess availability on a case-by-case basis.
What if the repair fails within the warranty period?
Call us and we schedule a return visit at no charge. Labor is covered for 1 month, parts for 3 months. No fine print, no runaround.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
